Visit Ujjain

Dear Leonard
Thanks for triggering some nostalgia
Brthari was the king of Ujjain under which Junagadh comes ....this was 2,500 yrs back and he was initiated by his teacher Gopichand by enlightening him by example of conditionality of the love pervading in the world....that's a big story for today...in person i will tell u more.
Brthrhari meditated at a stretch for 12 yrs in a cave in the outskirts of Ujjain...i meditated there in that cave ...it is magnificent.
Ujjain is the  place
  • where Krishna along with his br balaram and kuchela his friend learnt from his teacher Sandeepa...it is still there
  • The land of great King Vikramaditya whose brother is Brthrhari
  • The birth place of great poet Kalidasa who was initiated by Kali...that temple still exists
  • The birthplace of Varahamihir..the father of indian astrology
  • birthplace of Dhanwantari..the father of indian medicine whose disciple Jeevaka was the personal physician of Buddha
  • The birth place of great masters like shanku, the educationist, etc
  • pathanjali, the father of yoga , was born nearby
  • One of the 18 shakthi peethas of india
  • one of the 12 jyothirlingas of shiva
  • the place of kalabhairava, the head of shiva's army
  • it is the meridian of India...at the exact meridian is a temple but built 2500 yrs back
  • the abode of Maya..a form of shakthi
  • the land of mysterious and enlightened king Bhoja
  • Junagadh earlier came under the Dwaraka the capital city of Krishna from where he came all the way to Ujjain to learn from sandeepa
A lot of things to talk abt Junagadh and it;s mysteries
the Narmada river belt is completely mysterious...is Junagadh is a part of this area. there r only 2 rivers in India which flow from west to east one is Narmada and the other tapthi...another mysterious belt

I visited all the above places....you must see this place...my mobile has pics of Berthari caves...His teacher's cave is adj to his'. Both are said to be immortals. This place is full of Bhang, Opium plant, which the mystics use.
